Cet avis, pris en application de l’article 7 de l’arrêté du 7 septembre 2009 fixant les prescriptions techniques applicables aux installations d’assainissement non collectif recevant une charge brute de pollution organique inférieure ou égale à 1,2 kg/j de DBO5, publie la liste des dispositifs de traitement agréés. Il s’agit les dispositifs suivants :

Une fiche technique descriptive correspondante est présentée en annexe. Elle porte seulement sur le traitement des eaux. Elle ne porte pas sur la collecte, ni sur le transport, ni sur l’évacuation des eaux usées.
